Skills - the experience you have already gained

  • Excellent written English

    • For example: You are asked to write the introduction paragraph to one of our daily emails, you’re provided the subject. You feel confident achieving this because of your previous experience writing content that is used in a similar way.

  • You are detail oriented - you can follow complicated processes and spot mistakes

    • For example: every day you need to create the daily email newsletter, it’s important that it goes out to the right people. You set everything up following the training you received. As a last check you look to see if the number of people it is going to matches what you expect.

Ability - your capacity for growth and future achievements

  • Self-starter who researches and generates their own solutions to problems

    • For example: A colleague asks if you know how to upload a video to youtube. You’ve not done it before but you use a search engine to find a website which shows you how. You upload the video and check back with the colleague that the task was completed how they imagined.

  • Quickly able to get to grips with new technology and services

    • For example: we grow and try new tools/technology and services all the time. You don’t feel overwhelmed trying a new tool, in fact you’re keen to find out how it could benefit yourself and others.

  • A keen eye for what works

    • For example: you start to notice some patterns in how users are responding to our daily email newsletters. You suggest trying to do more of it so that improves the results we see.
