Yesterday we asked: How many hours sleep do you typically get a night?
Sleep is a popular topic of conversation amongst our community and there are a wide variety of experiences. Those that can survive on just a few hours and those that hibernate between days! The Sleep Foundation recommends that most adults get between seven and nine hours a night. The results from our community suggest that overwhelmingly Carers are struggling to achieve this. Over 70% of us are getting fewer than seven hours per evening. If you are struggling for a good night's sleep we've pulled together our top tips to help. Written by carers, for carers.
