Addicted to news!

Yesterday we asked: In general, how often do you watch, listen to or read the news?

It's official! We're addicted to the news. 72% of us check in on the news at least once a day. Only 6% of us said that we would check in on the news once a week or less.


It's natural to want to keep on top of what is going on, and important information is shared through news channels. But, if you are feeling like the news is starting to bring you down here is a great list of reasons not to check the news from The Guardian (2013).


Alternatively, if you like to have a laugh at the news, perhaps this round up of 30 years of Have I Got News For You, might be more up your street!
