Here are the results from yesterday’s Mobilise Moments poll.

Creativity and caring

Yesterday we asked: Do you use creativity to relax?

Graph showing the results to the question Since the pandemic started have your digital skills improved? 50% said yes and only 2% said no

With many of us confined to our homes still, creativity is one of the few things that we can easily do within the confines of four walls.

Nearly 60% of us say that we use creativity to relax. That could be painting, drawing, crafting, writing, poetry, music or even dance. And whilst it's not for everyone (13%), perhaps there are 28% who could still be convinced!

We caught up with Lydia, from Carers Leeds, to take a look at Scrapbooking. It's a great way to gather memories, get creative and relax. It can be a hobby enjoyed alone, as a group, or something we can share with the person we care for.

Read Lydia's guide to scrapbooking for carers.

Get support in your caring role, contact your local carer centre. Find out who is closest using this nifty tool from the Carers Trust.
