#58 | Results from 27th March

Here are the results from yesterday’s Mobilise Moments poll.

Yesterday we asked: How confident are you feeling within yourself right now?

Only 23% of us rated ourselves as confident or very confident, with 50% of us saying we are not confident or not confident at all.

Confidence can affect our lives profoundly, having a wide range of impacts. One situation where confidence can play a big role, is in having difficult conversations with those people associated with our caring situations. We often hear of community-members continually having to fight with service providers, not only for access to services in the first place, but also to retain those services.

Jill from Camden Carers has written a fantastic article about how we can be more assertive in our caring role. It's something that can be practiced in small interactions on a daily basis.
