#83 | Results from 22nd April
Here are the results from yesterday’s Mobilise Moments poll.
Yesterday we asked: What time do you wake up most days?
Compared to the whole of the UK, we're a bunch of early risers. 36% of us wake up before 6am, compared with 13% nationally, according to this data below from 2013.
We've heard that some of us find that this is a good way for us to get some tasks in, before the routine of caring kicks in, whilst others, perhaps looking after young children, don't get much choice in the matter!
Whatever time you wake, why not take a moment and set your day up right? Claire wrote a fantastic article: three quick tips to lift your mood which contains some great tips on how to have a great day. Created when lockdown relaxed in June 2020, it feels completely relevant today too.
