Yesterday we asked: Do you normally skip meals? (tick all that apply)

What a relief to see that despite everything we have going on, 64% of us are mostly managing to eat three meals per day.

Over half of us however, do find ourselves skipping at least one meal some days.

As always, we're big advocates for ensuring we are nurturing ourselves, and this includes ensuring we are eating well. There are many health reasons to not only eating regular meals, but to eating healthy, balanced meals. For both our physical and mental health.
