Who helps care?

Yesterday we asked: How many people do you currently share your caring role with?

Graph showing the results of a poll to unpaid carers on how they do their grocery shopping. Results are split between going in person and online ordering with deliver. A handful of respondents do click and collect.

Through our cuppas and in the community, we are all too aware that many of us cope with the responsibility of caring alone. The data from yesterday's poll really underlines that, with over 65% of us caring for a loved one on our own.


We've discussed this topic at length before and pulled together a great page of tips from the community on how to create a strong support network.
