Here are the results from yesterday’s Mobilise Moments poll.

Social Media Groups

Yesterday we asked: Outside of the Mobilise Facebook Community, do you use social media groups to support you in your caring role?

Over half of us access support from social media groups (outside of our Mobilise community). While just over 44% of us are only accessing support from the Mobilise online community at this point. We're thrilled to have each and everyone of you!

'Finding our tribe' can be really valuable. From groups that support us in our caring role, to condition specific groups, to hobby groups and local city, town and village groups.

Finding the right group is key. Any group, including an online group should leave us feeling lifted, informed, inspired, supported and connected. It's important to remember that it's our choice where we choose to hang out.

Our Mobilise community is somewhere we hope you feel all of the above benefits. It's a place to share knowledge and feelings, and a place where we can support each other and lift each other up.

And we're thankful to each of you helping us to create our community.

Do hop over to the community and let us know what you're doing over this Bank holiday!
