Before we close the door on 2020 and move ahead into 2021, let's take the opportunity to think back over the year and look ahead at how we would like 2021 to be for us. We've been sharing a daily video and the good news is it's not too late to join in with our mini series.
Step one - Grab a notebook and pen
Step two - Watch a video each day
Step three - Take time to think about your answers to the questions. Have a good think, over a hot drink, on a wintery walk or as you go about your daily routine.
Step four - Share your thoughts and be inspired by others who are looking after someone.
Every day this week we'll be talking about the questions in our Virtual Cuppas for Carers
You can also join the conversation in the Mobilise Community Facebook Group.
Or just keep your reflections personal in your notebook and perhaps chat about them with friends and family too.
Here's the introduction and the first three videos. If you would rather avoid the videos and just know what the questions are, scroll down for a text only version.
