Mobilise Connect

Identifying more carers, delivering more impact

Mobilise Connect is a proven digital platform that enhances existing provision for carers. It effectively locates unpaid carers who are often unsupported and links them to essential support, through Mobilise’s community of carers, our online tools and resources or through connecting to existing services.

The approach is scalable and cost-effective, while delivering measurable results without adding to financial strains, making it a strong option for local authorities seeking long-term, high-quality assistance.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Why don't more carers know about this?

What a great resource. The Mobilise is really outstanding when it comes to keeping in touch with others in the same boat. The website and app work seamlessly and the support team never seem too busy to answer questions and queries. I don't understand why more people in the caring role don't use it... and it's FREE!

BIG SHOUTOUT

Falling upon Mobilise has totally transformed my life as long term unpaid carer. I love being treated like a human being in my own right with skills and knowledge to share.

Growing our impact for carers

When we asked carers whether they would recommend Mobilise to others in a similar caring situation, 81% said they would.

Our community makes a real world difference - it means we, as carers, aren’t figuring things out alone. Take, for example, how Mobilisers helped to get an air fryer from Blackpool to Cornwall, to a carer in need.
