Mobilise: LIVE - Growing carer confidence in using IT

So much of caring now happens online, from booking GP appointments and ordering repeat prescriptions to joining a video call with a consultant. And when we're running apps and accounts for the person we care for as well as our own, it can feel like one more job on an already full list.
If "reset your password" makes our heart sink, we're in good company. Whether we're new to all this, worried about scams, or confident online but stuck on setting up access to accounts we manage for someone else, this friendly session is a chance to build confidence at our own pace. No question is too basic.
In this session, you'll learn:

where to start, with one or two simple first steps, like setting up the NHS App, rather than trying to learn everything at once

easy ways to spot scams and keep passwords and personal information safe

where to find free help, locally and nationally, to keep building your skills
