Mobilise: LIVE - Contingency Planning

Let’s be honest - thinking about what happens if we suddenly get sick or can't care for our loved one is tough. It brings up a lot of scary "what ifs" that are emotionally exhausting to face. That mental block is exactly why so many of us put off making a backup plan!
But here is a tip we'll be leaning into for our next LIVE: Done is better than perfect.
We don't need a massive, colour-coded binder. A messy, scribbled plan on the back of an envelope is a brilliant start.
