"Hi there - I'm Jon; as Chief Operating Officer, my time is dedicated to ensuring that Mobilise as individuals, teams, and collectively as a wider business succeed in our shared mission.

I have over 20 years of experience in scaling operations and building high performing teams, with a passion for innovation and a core focus on Operations and Customer Success practices.

I'm a Londoner by birth, but our family home these days is in central Worcester (a lovely cathedral city in the West Midlands - few people actually know it!) where I live with my wife and two fast-growing boys.

Weekends are generally spent hanging out with family and friends, walking on the Malvern hills, watching football, or as a taxi service to various sporting fixtures or social events as required. I'm also a huge foodie, so you'll probably find me either cooking in my kitchen or being cooked for somewhere lovely."
