What happens in coaching?

  • We can talk over video call or telephone, normally once a week for 4 weeks.  Book your first session.

  • Coaching is a safe space to focus completely on yourself and map out your journey.  Together we focus on the whole of you. We will co-design how we work together.

  • Our first session is an opportunity for you to find out more about coaching and to think about what would be an important thing to focus on and what you want to achieve through coaching.

  • You set the direction and goal for our conversations.

Has your self-confidence taken a knock? Coaching can help you to build a firm foundation of confidence, opening up new possibilities.

Your coach - Suzanne Bourne

My ultimate intention is that you become the person you were made to be"

Suzanne began her professional coaching training in 2016 and has gone on to become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation.  As well as developing her own coaching practise for unpaid carers she has worked for Parkinson’s UK and the MS Society to develop and deliver self-management and wellbeing programmes.

As carer for her husband with Parkinson’s Disease, she also has her personal experience of caring.

Talking to Suzanne was the first time that I ever felt like someone got it, she just completely accepted the place I was at emotionally. My guards were down, I shared a lot and I never felt like I needed fixing. This was so important because I was having a lot of realisations about myself and my caring role so my emotions were raw. Unpacking those in these coaching sessions felt safe"
