Mobilise Connect
Finding more carers, delivering more impact
Mobilise Connect is a proven digital platform that enhances existing provision for carers. It effectively locates unpaid carers who are often unsupported and links them to essential support, through Mobilise’s community of carers, our online tools and resources or through connecting to existing services.
The approach is scalable and cost-effective, while delivering measurable results without adding to financial strains, making it a strong option for local authorities seeking long-term, high-quality assistance.
For more information on how Mobilise has tripled the average national improvement rate for meeting carer requests and lowered the number of care packages exceeding 12 months, read our report.
Mobilise Connect can also help to address the CQC's priorities over fair access, and supports the NHS's plan for community-focused, preventative carer support. When used in collaboration with established carers provision, it is a powerful solution.

Why don't more carers know about this?
What a great resource. The mobilise service is really outstanding when it comes to keeping in touch with others in the same boat. The website and app work seamlessly and the support team never seem too busy to answer questions and queries. The zoom sessions are particularly good. I don't understand why more people in the caring role don't use it... and it's FREE!
